What do Jotters do?

Jotters can provide you with individually tailored  support whilst you study at univeristy.  We can provide you with note takers, mentors, personal assistants, readers, exam support, proof readers and mobility and access support.

We also offer a bespoke support service for institutions that require note taker training programmes, transcription services and / or the provision of trained academic support staff.

  • Note taking training programmes

"Jotters/L.Guest delivered a highly relevant, structured and comprehensive programme of note taking training to our student support workers in September 2008.   • At the end of each term/semester we will provide you with a report which will summarise each individual students support
  • All Jotters Ltd staff receive annual appraisals and complete ‘Continual development portfolios’ as part of our continual development towards raising customer service
  • All invoicing and time sheet management is done by Jotters Ltd administration team to relieve you of chasing unsigned time sheets and unpaid invoices
  • Jotters track non-medical helper spend from the Disabled Student Allowance for each individual supported and keep you up to date with this
  •    All Jotters staff receive comprehensive training which includes external training on working with students with mental health issues and students with autistic spectrum disorders
  •   Jotters have established relationships with funding bodies.
